Horrible customer service.
In my 50yrs of life I have never met someone so arrogant, rude and condescending in my life. This branch needs to be investigated by the head office. I was told my paperwork was no good . Was told I was a liar. Was told they can't do anything for me. So I went next door to cibc with the same paperwork. I was out in 20 minutes with everything done properly and respectfully.
This branch is always the worst. At least one of the two ATMs don't work on a regular basis. Not to mention the unfriendly bank tellers
