This branch is always the worst. At least one of the two ATMs don't work on a regular basis. Not to mention the unfriendly bank tellers
ATMs never work fully, deposits are always down and no US cash even though it says it's available in both currencies.
I don’t recommend going to this branch. It’s the worst branch I’ve been to so far. Every time I go, I feel bad. The last time I went, they made a mistake with the transaction. Even though I’m the primary account holder, they didn’t give me my extra credit card. When I asked the male employee wearing a metal bracelet to give it to me, the branch manager came over and said, “You can’t talk to my staff like that,” and told me to leave the branch. There customer service is worst i ever had, i wanted to deposit my cheque and needed the payment right away but first time they told me this is your first so we can’t give money right away. Today, i went there 5th time left my work early because of this and still they are saying you need to come and deposit more cheques what the heck is this nonsense. They successfully waisted my 5 days for nothing. If you don’t want to make your day worst don’t ever come to this branch. They are the worst
Was treated very poorly by the employees. Not professional at all.
