Very poor service. No empathy for customer.
They couldn't help me at the branch and asked me to phone the online banking!
Had an appointment scheduled via phone. Waited 1 hour and nobody called me. No notification that it was cancelled or anything. I waited around for an entire hour and really needed this appointment. Apparently, customers time isn't as valuable as their own time.
All the tellers at this branch are professional, efficient and courteous. Some go an extra mile. Karem is one of them. I had a special request and she assisted me promptly and proficiently. I will never forget her generosity and professionalism.
On Feb 24 I opened up a chequings account here and dealt with Sede Ahmadi, and great customer service from him 🥇 On Feb 25 I left/closed all my RBC accounts and been in this branch several times throughout the last couple of days. Great customer service from all the tellers. 🥇🥇 I highly recommend this Scotiabank branch.
