All the tellers at this branch are professional, efficient and courteous. Some go an extra mile. Karem is one of them. I had a special request and she assisted me promptly and proficiently. I will never forget her generosity and professionalism.
On Feb 24 I opened up a chequings account here and dealt with Sede Ahmadi, and great customer service from him 🥇 On Feb 25 I left/closed all my RBC accounts and been in this branch several times throughout the last couple of days. Great customer service from all the tellers. 🥇🥇 I highly recommend this Scotiabank branch.

Holiday hours not properly posted. Sign on the outside door says open at 9:30. It is not until you go inside that you see the holiday hours. Hours posted online say 9:30 and when I called to find out, just to be sure, the voicemail system said 9:30 open. As you guessed it, the bank was actually closed. Not happy about the wasted trip.
I have had the pleasure to work with Penny Barliakos for a few years now. She has made my experience with Scotia Bank a wonderful one, always going above and beyond for me and making sure all of my banking needs are met. She is professional and responsive.
