Poor customer service, they don’t know how to speak to customers. Almost felt like I was a bother. They need to take a lesson from other banks in the neighbourhood.
7:55 am on a weekday and the ABM is CLOSED?? That is genuinely ridiculous.
Mobile banking down for days is inexcusable in this day and age. Service seems to be dwindling. What's next no tellers. I feel bad for customers who rely 100% on mobile banking like some elderly and disabled. Inexcusable.
Consistently unprofessional, disorganized service. Avoid Scotia, particularly this branch.
