Very efficient advisor
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Scotiabank branch, particularly with advisor Andres Davila. Over the past 8 months, I booked two separate appointments seeking assistance with my banking needs, including guidance regarding credit card options. While my debit account was opened, I did not receive the level of support, follow-up, or customer service I expected when trying to discuss additional banking products. Great location, extremely understaffed and incredibly slow service(albeit kind). Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes if you need to see a teller for help during peak rush hour times.
The worst service, waited over 40 mins for picking up a credit card. I didn't complain, but the clerk is rude and said "you have to be patient". And for one credit card, she gave me two letters, I asked her so how do I know which one I need to use or active. She answered with " I don't know". Very disrespectful
