I always have a great experience at the Scotia Bank Yonge and Eglinton branch whenever Kim is my teller. She greets you with a big smile and is always so patient and helpful. Recently I had to transfer some money as a wire, and she suggested a better option with direct deposit that saved me money. She really goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best service.
