Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out — she really shines and goes above and beyond for her clients. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. highly recommended!

Very poor service, after 20 minutes they could not figure out my issue and told me to try another branch… how will another branch help me if they cannot? I was firstly told that the draft I was trying to return had been cashed, I said that this was incorrect. After insisting it had been cashed, they then changed their mind and said it has not been cashed but the original teller made a mistake meaning a cannot get my money back.
