Very poor service, after 20 minutes they could not figure out my issue and told me to try another branch… how will another branch help me if they cannot? I was firstly told that the draft I was trying to return had been cashed, I said that this was incorrect. After insisting it had been cashed, they then changed their mind and said it has not been cashed but the original teller made a mistake meaning a cannot get my money back. I too have had really good experiences at this branch, especially with Fiona. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she is also very patient and caring. A big 10 stars for very compassionate customer service!
I have never received such terrible heinous customer service up until today at a bank in my entire life. Last night at 6:00 PM deposited $2000 into an ABM machine out of this location. The machine started malfunctioning and told me to take my rejected items which was $500. It then took the 1500 and kept it. I was shown this photo and given a receipt with a reference number.
