Poor customer service.
My issue of online payment was resolved very fast. Professional attitude, everithing by the book. Thank you for saving my time and very special thank you to Manuela, who dealt with my issue personally, offered options to avoid any similar ones in the future and controlled the whole process from the beginig to the end.
Not the usual branch I deal with, and won't return. Advisor had zero customer service skills, lacked knowledge, and reluctant to assist with anything requiring an ounce of effort. Disappointing, have been with Scotia for many years, and usually have good service.
There is never anyone to help you, only two people work here at this bank. If you have an appointment you don't know who to talk to, the executives are in other people's offices talking. There hasn't been anyone to receive you for a while now. Terrible service, terrible staff.
