Last Thursday, April 17th; I went to this branch (again), thought that their service and staff's attitude would've changed,But it seems to get worse. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH EVER AGAIN!! Just thinking of my experienced made me angry and makes my blood boils. I was served by Marg; of whom served me before. she was helpful and kinder the last 5 times I went, but not on Thursday.
Great service from Nancy at the bank today - had an onerous request to get monthly stmts back from over 4 years and she was very helpful and nice in doing so - really appreciated the effort to go above and beyond - with a smile!
