Worst experience at the bank. Poor customer service by one lady staff. Very rude and poor English. 😔😔😔
Paula is very nice and patient when I opened my account. It is not a big branch but service is good. Thanks for the service.
They don’t answer the phone, I called head office and they said I need to call the branch. They are only open 930-5 and I work 8-6 so I can not get there unless I take the day off. I need to figure this out before Thursday and there will be no way possible if they don’t answer the phone. I will have to switch back to TD, at least they stay open long enough and answer the phone.
I just want to thank Mrs. Sabrina Pereira for her professional work. She was very helpful and patient, even though the issue was a little complicated. I want to thank Fraud Department of Scotiabank for preventing an illegal transfer in a timely manner. I feel totally relieved that my card was replaced and my concerns addressed properly.
I asked the teller for update my name in my account again & again but that short hair lady had handed me direct deposit form ,she needs more training and etiquettes
