This branch is so rude Costumer service =0 We was at this branch today and right away a lady came to ask some questions. We asked her 4 times to open a checking account,and she kept asking questions about our documents . Then she asked about the canadian status ...to proof if it which I already told her 4 times we have all documents she didn'theard us I gues... ....fine.. .she was so rude that the way she approach us and right away in the middle of the branch came and kept asking rudely questions.... The worst scotiabank. They don't take the time to help and follow procedures. Every time I go there, it's always an issue. Horrible staff and management. The way they treated me was embarrassing and I've been a customer for over 10 years. You should all be ashamed. The teller lied to my face and the manager couldn't be bothered to get her butt off her chair to come speak to me. Disgusting customer service. You should all be fired!!!!!!
Twice at this branch I have waited in line and while being served by the teller have been asked to have a seat before they finish with my simple transaction. Today I asked why I was being asked to take a seat and was told because there is a big line of customers behind me they want to serve. I waited in line just like everyone else.
