The lady who attended to me probably doesn't know what she was doing. After what I thought was a help, I got home only to find out that the pin changed still did not work, so basically can't use my account. (Same reason I wasted time going to this branch) .
I'm not giving reviews but to the most special one's There was no wasting time, not playing word games.. Monica Gammarota was the best overall, at least to me it was a very nice experience, thanks for being very nice and professional Seven ⭐ Monica Gammarota You deserve rewards from head office
You have to spend a long time in line before being called. You can clearly see the customers getting frustrated with the long wait, yet the staff don’t seem attentive to the delay. The delay is extreme, sometimes you’re stuck in line for more than 30 minutes. Better customer service and faster processing would be greatly appreciated.
very rude service. the lady (Barinder I believe) in the front noticed me standing in the line for 10 minutes and didn’t acknowledge at all. just kept using her computer. made multiple eye contact and nothing. horrible customer service
