Great service. It’s my first visit to this branch and my meeting was with Regan. He was well prepared and we were able to be very efficient. Greatly appreciated since I was in-between meetings
Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Employees do the bare minimum to assist you & bank manager is just as useless. If you need any banking done take the time to go to Spadina & dundas. Much better branch & staff go above and beyond for their customers.
Not sure if all Scotiabank locations operate similar to this branch (Spadina and Bloor). Was definitely not a pleasant experience, for something that should have been a simple transaction.
The worst service and poor communication with the Parwinder. I don't recommend it.
