I was here for cheque deposit and address change. Thanks to Diana for helping me with it on an ABM machine. Happy with the service at this branch
My first time at this branch. I thought I hit war zone when teller Vishwa Goyani attacked with her rudeness. I had impression she owns the branch, until Diane Henrique came to help, one of the lead customer experience staff. Still this teller wasn’t stopping to interfere, strangest experience I had, this teller is very unprofessional and rude! I have no idea how they keep her there!!!
I didnt think the second time would be worse than the first time coming here, but it seems I was wrong. Do yourself a favour and don’t come to this branch, as they pretend to do their job and then you end up having to go to another branch to get your things done there anyway. Happened twice to me.
