Unhelpful, did not do their due diligence and had me waiting for months
I Visited this branch on Dec 30 to deposit cash for visa and college fees. The teller repeatedly questioned the source despite my explanation, coming across as rude and unprofessional (I think she is from India). Better communication and respect are needed. Banking requires professionalism, not unwarranted judgment. Hope for better service next time.
