Unacceptable customer service at Bloor & Spadina branch I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Scotiabank branch located at Bloor St and Spadina Ave on July 22, 2026, around 1:30 PM. I went in to withdraw money from my savings account. The teller simply refused and claimed she didn't have cash available, which felt completely untruthful and unhelpful. Numerous times being to this location one of the worst locations ever.Rudest customer services beside the male teller who usually very pleasant🙄
I really regret bringing my banking to Scotiabank. I wasted several hours being sent back and forth between uninformed tellers and contact centre staff to deal with a simple hold issue, which Scotia still has not resolved. I was shocked by the low score for this branch, but it truly is the worst one. The apparently more senior staff weren’t even polite to make up for their ineptitude.
3 employees standing at one kiosk... make it make sense
I was here for cheque deposit and address change. Thanks to Diana for helping me with it on an ABM machine. Happy with the service at this branch
