Front-desk staff are helpful but Managers need to learn basic customer relations. One lectured me about a mistake they had made, rather than him simply apologizing and making sure a correction was made (took the two front-desk women working together to do so).

Had a terrible meeting on Nov 5th, 2024 with the investment advisor name David Kim. I never had this type of interaction from somebody who works at the bank. After i told him that i dont need his lecture as he lectured me about my age and how I should learn.more about investment when we just met , then he said he worked in the bank for more than 10 years and know all of the reaction from customers. Been a long time customer of scotia. But the reps here are the worst. Do not have any respect for customers
