Always have great experience at this branch!! I went in today for a simple cash withdraw and Parsa did an excellent job helping me with the best service by being efficient, professional, respectful, and a complete contrast to my worst experience yesterday at the other Scotia branch on Bloor & Yonge.
I’ve been a Scotiabank customer for years and have never had any issues at other branches. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this branch was very disappointing. I went in to get a bank draft. I provided my Ontario photo ID, inserted my debit card, and entered my PIN. Despite this, the teller asked for my passport, which I did not have with me. She then asked for my mother’s maiden name. Really don’t like this bank they close at 5 pm and today when I come to the bank because somebody was taking money out off my account The taler didn’t explain properly I have to call the fraud department to cancel my card so when I called them they told me I have to go to the bank again to pick up my new card Rebecca the teller should explain this when I was there so I don’t have go to the branch twice
