Really don’t like this bank they close at 5 pm and today when I come to the bank because somebody was taking money out off my account The taler didn’t explain properly I have to call the fraud department to cancel my card so when I called them they told me I have to go to the bank again to pick up my new card Rebecca the teller should explain this when I was there so I don’t have go to the branch twice
According to the floor manager of this location you cannot do banking anywhere other than in the branch you opened your account at. Scotia wrongly charged me twice and they were helpless over the phone so I had to come in person to the nearest branch. Trying to get your well earned money back is an impossible task. Manager is trying to belittle you any chance he gets. Calling basic customer service a “kind doing”. Would not recommend this location to anyone who would like to be treated as a human.
Had a terrible meeting on Nov 5th, 2024 with the investment advisor name David Kim. I never had this type of interaction from somebody who works at the bank.
Worst business advisor ever! Be careful for “Dennis Kislev” when you go. Very racist! He refused opening a business account without even checking my documents. His hands were shaking uncontrollably because of his guilt.
