I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews about this Scotiabank branch, because my experience was completely the opposite. I visited the branch twice last week to open different types of accounts, and on each visit I was helped by a different associate. Shannon assisted me the first time, and Shriya the second. Customer rep was very polite, however near to empty bank and it took them 15 mins or more to give a 1000usd. Actually first the teller told me they might not be able to give it. Definitely not coming back here to do my banking.
despotic and very ineffective person
Smooth and kind! Went to widthraw money without any issues. The tellers were very kind. Would go again for any other services.
Front door lock after they close around 5pm. Cant access the ATM after they close. Usually ATM area should remain open for banks. Most people need the access to withdraw or deposit after work.
