Worst customer service. I walked in and no one was in line. There was 3 tellers just standing there on the computer silent. No one said anything… wouldn’t even look at me. Really rude staff… i will never return to this branch.

Repeatedly Awful Experiences at Scotiabank – Avoid This Branch I’ve had multiple terrible experiences at this Scotiabank branch, and it seems to get worse every time. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive, making basic banking tasks frustrating and unpleasant. Confidentiality is also a major issue—I’ve overheard tellers discussing other customers’ accounts openly, which is completely unacceptable. My home branch in Bathrust Street Downtown Toronto,it’s too far from my home that’s why one day I went there after that I realize , service on this place very fast and all the staff very good in service .I love this place. And special thanks to Shriya Suresh Njarekkatt is the best financial advisor because her way of explanation very nice and simple . Unhelpful and hostile to multiple customers. Myself and another customer who I didn’t know were aghast watching the staff manager talk down to and mock a woman who needed fast access to her deposit box. They made her wait for a long time before telling her it was too close to closing time to do so. She was pretty frustrated because of how long it took her to get there and how they treated her once she was there.
