Worst customer service ever .. all the bank tellers just stare at you don’t say anything
I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews about this Scotiabank branch, because my experience was completely the opposite. I visited the branch twice last week to open different types of accounts, and on each visit I was helped by a different associate. Shannon assisted me the first time, and Shriya the second. Both were exceptional. They were very attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain the different services and their tradeoffs. Customer rep was very polite, however near to empty bank and it took them 15 mins or more to give a 1000usd. Actually first the teller told me they might not be able to give it. Definitely not coming back here to do my banking.
