Had some issues moving a large sum of money via online banking and went to this branch to sort it out. Ben was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding through the whole process. He was able to successfully resolve my issue and had a smile on throughout the process. Additionally, several folks who seemed to be down on their luck came into the branch during my visit. Branch staff were all very professional, patient, and understanding with these clients. Well done to the entire branch team!!!
I don't leave reviews often but when I do, it is because I received exceptional service. I had a huge sum of money to move and was nervous about the process. Decided to visit this branch and showed the email to Ben and he took the whole process in his hands and reassured me. He made it all seamless and I was done in 5 minutes. Very happy and friendly personality and I wish all bank employees were this nice. Will recommend and revisit.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had an appointment with one of the Advisors named Prateek at this branch. Knowing I was going to be late, I called the branch well in advanced and since the Advisor was unavailable, I made sure to leave a voicemail. When I arrived into the branch, there was no Advisors in any of the offices and I was forced to wait in a long time consuming line to speak with anyone.
