The teller who was serving me was so negligent and irresponsible in her work. Instead of doing her job, she kept me standing there and went here and there trying to learn what other teller is doing and involving in other staff chat, checking her nails. Very disrespectful and irresponsible. She didn't greet, nor she enquired the reason of my visit, but was very self concious of her nails.

What is the point of having an ATM when you close it at 8pm every week day and on weekends and are also closed every Sunday? Have we reverted back to the days before the 2000 era? The TTC has still not evolved with operating hours on Sundays like the rest of the world with subway systems. I work in a downtown hospital 7:30am -7:30pm. I can’t access my funds before I go to work and I can’t access my funds after work because multiple Scotiabank ATM locations are now open at 8 or 9am and closed by 8pm.
