Terrible service.
Extremely poor experience at the this Scotiabank branch. The staff came across as disengaged, unmotivated, and more focused on going through the motions than actually helping customers. Basic service felt like an inconvenience to them. The overall attitude was careless and the customer service was genuinely disappointing. This branch reflects badly on the Scotiabank brand. Not recommended.
