Very poor customer service at this branch. I was ignored when asking for assistance and redirected between staff without any explanation or apology. When I presented my Ukrainian passport, the employee incorrectly called it Russian and did not apologize after I clarified. After finally receiving my card around 5 PM, I asked about using it abroad (fees and activation). The employee pointed at her watch and said, “We are closed,” and refused to answer. Worse bank ever. Scotiabank sent to my credit card to this branch for some reason and I asked them to reroute it and followed up multiple times and called and never got an answer so I made the trip to this branch and was told that it was sent to branch I asked to reroute to. Communication has been awful and I have been on a wild goose chase to just pick up a credit card that I still can’t locate. What kind of bank just doesn’t mail it to home address? And why is it only open 9-5??
