I went to issue a bank draft on this branch, and lately I had been loving this branch, no issues, also got a bank draft from here before. This time, while I understand there is a procedure for everything, the manager spoke with me in such a condescending and degrading way. She was really loud, explaining things to me in a way that felt completely unnecessary. Avoid this Branch. Staff don’t know what they’re doing They seem to have their own rules which is weird cause last I checked they can’t make up policies.
This was the worst branch experience I’ve ever had. Is 2025 just passing you by? I was denied service simply because I didn’t bring my physical bank card, even though I provided all verification details and logged into my mobile app. The lazy manager refused to explain the bank’s policy (which supposedly requires a physical card) and clearly had no interest in helping. Unacceptable service.
