I would give zero star if I could. I have been to multiple branches for years and this is the worst experience ever. Walked in, greeted by the front desk lady - already not very good impression. I felt being judged by my appearance. Then, a guy helped me. He was not helpful and every question I asked, he replied: “I don’t know”. What do you mean by you dont know. You work at the bank and I asked you simple questions regarding a bank slip for tax purposes, you should know how to address it or at least send me to someone else ... read more

I came in to open a checking account and a line of credit. Eudora assisted me, took all my IDs, T4s and info. I was told she has to refer my application to the manager since my income fluctuates and she did’nt know what to put in. Geez. Promised to call me back later that day for the update. No calls. I emailed her the ff day to ff up and was told she can’t open a line of credit for me coz I am a new client. If I did’nt email first I wont even know. Overpromised and underdeliver.

Zero customer service, especially from the manager at the corner. Avoid if possible.
