The Service in this restuaurant is garbage, I am really dissapointed and really mad with this branch, The ABM had an error and it didn't give me back my money, I brought the error ticket of the machine, they say they will call me and they have not called me yet it's been for ever.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but this is one of those times where my experience might actually help others. This was, hands down, one of the worst customer interactions I’ve ever had with any teller. This is supposed to be a customer service business, yet the teller I dealt with displayed a ridiculous air of superiority, completely lacking any self-awareness about the vibe she gives off. Zero stars for this particular branch
I would give this brach a ZERO if I could, but it wont let me. The customer service and personalities of the staff are also a ZERO. Don't bother leaving a message because it takes days for someone to call you back, that is if you're fortunate enough to have someone call you back. I will say, if you need help, look for Sonia. Sonia was able to fix my son's account after other associates there could not fix it; they set his account up incorrectly and no one could figure it out?????
