Been with Scotia at the Queen & Wineva branch 25 years, but recently my experiences have been Very disappointing. Advisor did not treat financial matters with any sense of urgency or importance. Service was unhelpful, reactive, and at times rude. I expect a much higher level of professionalism from Scotiabank. I will be moving branches, and begin weighing other banking options.
If I can place a zero I would. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your branch. During my visit, one of your customer service representatives disrespected me by giving up on serving me, despite my maintaining polite and respectful language. The ABM or ATM, not sure why they have it as ABM, is not open 24/7 it closes in the early evening and there is a sign on the advising one go the the bank on Kingston and Victoria. Ridiculous!
Doors locked leaving no access to the ATM on Sunday even though the hours online and posted on the door state that I is open until 11pm
Been with Scotiabank Queen St., East the beaches location Specifically for 12 years. The customer service and everyone working here used to be great. The new generation younger employees customer service as well as their telephone customer service is nonexistent. After 12 years I come in here to close my bank accounts.
