UPDATE: the bank manager, Adele Kozak, reached out to me and provided excellent follow-up. She listened to my concerns and expressed both empathy and an apology for this poor experience. My experience with Scotiabank has been extremely disappointing. Over the past year, I have experienced repeated issues with unreturned calls, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of follow-up from multiple managers and staff, even after in-person visits to my branch to ask for answers and support. The Service in this restuaurant is garbage, I am really dissapointed and really mad with this branch, The ABM had an error and it didn't give me back my money, I brought the error ticket of the machine, they say they will call me and they have not called me yet it's been for ever.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but this is one of those times where my experience might actually help others. This was, hands down, one of the worst customer interactions I’ve ever had with any teller. This is supposed to be a customer service business, yet the teller I dealt with displayed a ridiculous air of superiority, completely lacking any self-awareness about the vibe she gives off.
