Highly unprofessional service! I went in looking for a HELOC specifically and had many errors through the process. The broker Mansi, created a mortgage account instead of a HELOC, there were errors in my address on approval document, she set the payments at bi-weekly when i asked for monthly and communication was exceptionally poor. She stopped responding to emails when I asked for the corrections and i was left to find other options at other banks.
