This is by far the worst location in Windsor! Me and my wife had problems with the clueless manager behind the counter. It seems like all the clerks are extremely undertrained... very slow and seem to need the manager to hold their hand with every client. Never any money in the atms. If you need money at night for get it. The place is locked right up with. Even the outside atm is shut down.

ATM outside never works, either no money, will not deposit, no paper, etc. I like to use it quickly and be on my way. No dice. Always have to park and go inside.
This bank has zero efficiency. Never enough tellers on- huge lines and long wait times ALWAYS. Also, the drive through NEVER works. Never. So forced to go inside and wait. Will be switching banks asap. TD runs so much more efficiently
The outside machine doesn’t take deposits cash almost ever! You can’t give the bank money, make it make sense! The ATMs are now closed at 11, the security company actually locks them beforehand! I was stuck one night not being able to deposit money. Had to actually go to the bank on central and waste time. horrible bank machines.
