I went to the bank on my lunch hour to replace a torn fifty dollar bill. The teller told me that I would have to send it away to the bank of Canada to get it replaced. I feel sorry for anyone that really needed that money right away when they could have just taped it. The bill was in perfect shape just torn in half. The rude teller said that it was mutalated and she wouldn't take it. I will never deal with this bank again.
Never had any problems with this bank and Suzanne is the best personal banker ever.
This whole bank corporation is completely incompetent and needs to be shut down or a whole employee change over I get told one thing by the contact centre regarding. Anew card have my father go into the branch to receive my new card as he’s also on my account as a holder the help centre said we was completely ok to go and receive my card for me as I live 45 minutes from my branch and when he went it they wouldn’t give him a card and said I have to drive the 45 minutes to receive there banking app is constantly down and showi... read more
