Never had any problems with this bank and Suzanne is the best personal banker ever.
This whole bank corporation is completely incompetent and needs to be shut down or a whole employee change over I get told one thing by the contact centre regarding. Anew card have my father go into the branch to receive my new card as he’s also on my account as a holder the help centre said we was completely ok to go and receive my card for me as I live 45 minutes from my branch and when he went it they wouldn’t give him a card and said I have to drive the 45 minutes to receive there banking app is constantly down and showi... read more
Cashier is rude made me feel like I was a criminal I will be changing banks.
The Manager is very rude. The branch always have there doors closed even though it says they are open till 11pm for Atm use. As u can see in the picture. The worst Branch I've delt with in my Entire Life. I would give them 0 stars but not able to. Go to 21 Amy Croft staff there actually care about u n ur needs.
Krishna at this branch suggested for me to apply for their credit card while opening a bank account, which I had no intention on doing when I went in. He went through the application process and sent it in BEFORE asking my credit history, resulting in being declined and a hit on my credit score. His words "if I knew you're credit history I wouldn't have even tried to apply since I know you would have been declined".
