Worst bank in the world. I called to report fraud on my card and they locked me out. I have 2 young children to feed. Moving to another bank Juliana shut down my banking abilities. A non Canadian! Update. I went in Saturday morning to get my card up and working again after they froze my bank account because I called into report a fraud. The person on the line proceeded to freeze my account. here is what happened i had two debit cards in my wallet and i just gave the guy both to see which one is working and he refuse to gave me my card saying you can’t have two cards mf thats my property what if i was not gonna show you my wallet if that card was stolen or whatever there are people who are assigned to take care of those kind of problems which is called fraud department and thats what they do even he said its a blank card dose not belong to someone thats what he was saying by his mouth then why are you so worried... read more
