The lady who assisted me with my banking query was just staright up unaccomodating and rude. Like some other reviewer said, they'll make you feel like you are up to some shady business. I understand the need to be thorough and precautious with who ever walks in depending on the query. But it can very much be done with grace and class. Far from it, they'll treat you like you're runaway criminal and needs to be 'rapped over the knuckles' for simply being yourself. Needs proper managament ASAP!
Says they are open on Saturday. There are no tellers. Just a guy sitting at the front door. They cannot process transactions. Which basically means they are not open. Just stay closed. Useless.
