I met with Sandeep Rauniyar he is an Advisor at Scotiabank, I had discussion on few important move on my finances. He provided really appropriate and right recommendation. He was well knowledgeable and highly professional. He helped with my mortgage and investments. He was very helpful. The branch staffs are really friendly and try their level best to resolve the issues.
Tried to get question answered via email for 16 days now, still no response.
Epitomizing the decline and fall of retail banking, this branch, once excellent, is now terrible. I've been a client here for literally decades, several mortgages, business accounts, investments, everything. The former manager, "CP" was brilliant. Smart, kind, helpful. I came to consider her a friend. Since she retired several years ago - there has been a rotation of unhelpful managers all of whom have poor attention to detail and horrible levels of customer service.
