I did'nt think that all the bad reviews of this bank could possibly be true,but they are. Absolutely terrible customer service. I felt like a criminal the way that I was treated just to withdraw money from my account. Best advice that I could give is choose any bank other than Scotiabank. I wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me.

This branch has consistently gone above and beyond for me. Every time another branch makes a mistake — whether it's with my corporate account, wire transfers, or basic service — this team is the one that cleans up the mess and actually gets things done. The worst service I have ever experienced from a bank. I read over the poor reviews that they have had and my experience was similar. Never go to this branch. I don't understand why there is only one woman at the branch and there is no diversity to represent Toronto.
