Got absolutely no idea what they are doing
Stop hiring non sense people for customer service. You guys can do better .
Absolutely brutal service. Transferred money from one bank account to another of which I am a signatory on both accounts. Because I wrote a cheque rather than doing a direct transfer, the bank put a 5 day hold on the funds even though they could see the funds were available and even saw the funds taken out the same day. Ridiculous.
This branch does not even deserve 1 star. Its worst branch ever , people should be trained well before they served the clients
