Drive thru ATM doesn't count your bills for deposit and half the time the inside ones count the bills and they just say they can't deposit them for some reason. Switching banks because I'm tired of dealing with this.
Talking to an advisor here is a waste of time. You will feel like they don't know what they are doing or what they are dealing with. I did meetings with a finance person and a business person, one of them was late and made me wait almost 20-30 minutes(He went to Tim-Hortons). The staff told me that the advisor left a minute before the meeting was booked. They are not ready to assist/advice you with your problem, instead they have an answer ready before you question- NO! Terrible bank and Terrible leadership don't bank with this institution
Hi Dear ,do not trust the teller if they are counting money ,count yourself before you leave the Store ,I was in rush ,I gave him 100 $ and told him to give me toonies,loonies,corter and rest in 5 ,he bring me double corter and I said only need obe of each roll,he confused and count it wrong ,he told me is 100 $ change ,I took it and went to the Store counted and is 5 $ less,went back in 5 min ,told them the Manager told me did he counted and I told him yes but he counfussed while counting maybe,he is like it ok I will give ... read more
