The worst banking app I’ve ever experienced!
Very unqualified and lazy personnel. Giving you answers without even understanding the question. Sounds like they don’t care. You have to chase them for a business. They don’t need it.
Their app is always under maintenance?! Hard pass!
Terrible experience nearly every time. Woman at the front desk obviously doesn’t want to be there, manager spoke to my teenage son like he was an idiot after telling him she couldn’t close an account even though another branch said she could have. Always wait times, app is always under construction. I want to change but not sure who to go too…
Not recommended!
