Not helpful at all. I will be switching from this branch.
The worst branch in the city. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with Scotia or how good your record is, the staff will not help you with banking issues. It’s Fine if you need to deposit or need something very simple but go to a different branch for everything else.
Couldn't transfer money from my savings account using online banking. Because I couldn't access my money, I had to skip my meal today while I was out of the house. I called customer service, and they said the transferring department is closed for today. I asked "So I don't get to eat today?" And the person on the customer service line replied "sorry, not today" Absolutely appalling behaviour and response. I will be switching banks solely because of that comment.
Vijay is very supportive and he treated good .
