Worst branch of scotia bank, they are saying this specific branch has a policy of not given a account balance print out, and when I went to 8th street branch they said there is no policy like that and they gave me right away. Waste of time if you are going to this branch.
I have been to may Scotia bank and nobody can figure out what was the issue with my account. Qing was helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Qing
There is reception person at entrance named Pamela which is super rude and she thinks she owns this bank and also never let me meet the advisor. I would never go to this branch unless she is here.
Very bad customer service they don’t know what they are doing!!!!
