There’s a massive pothole right at the drive-thru ATM at this Scotiabank location, and it’s been there for a long time. Every single customer has to drive over it, and it’s deep enough to damage your car or even cause someone to trip if they’re walking nearby. It’s not something you can miss, it’s right in the path. Honestly, it just feels like they don’t care about their customers’ safety or experience. Pretty disappointing for a major bank.

How difficult and long does it take to open a new account?
10/10 experiences every time. For both my business and personal banking the team here is Extremely Caring and respectful. Always had great experiences. Branch manager and front staff are absolute gems.
Customer service at this location and over the phone has been extremely poor. Staff appear undertrained—opening a RESP took 1.5 hours instead of 30 minutes due to repeated errors. My birthdate was entered incorrectly, and I had to drive over an hour to fix it in person, only to be treated like a nuisance. Phone support has been just as frustrating.
