Edit** because they fixed the issue; Leaving my old 1 review below- There’s a massive pothole right at the drive-thru ATM at this Scotiabank location, and it’s been there for a long time. Every single customer has to drive over it, and it’s deep enough to damage your car or even cause someone to trip if they’re walking nearby. It’s not something you can miss, it’s right in the path. Honestly, it just feels like they don’t care about their customers’ safety or experience. Pretty disappointing for a major bank.

Worst manager and bad customer service, manager is sleeping in cabin doing no work .I have a bussiness account and I don't recommend any bussinessmen to open account in this branch ,they will give you always trouble
Front staff level no sense anymore!! They are new tellers and not match with their either don’t know anything what I need for my banking or they are fake welcoming!! I don’t see other gentlemens Metin and Fahrad! That is the problem, if there is bad management good staff can not stay!!!
