worst bank ive dealt with, abm rarely accepts bills when making a deposit sometimes it takes 10 + tries before accepting 1 or 2 then rejects the rest , drive thru is always down also
This Scotiabank branch was a frustrating experience overall. The wait time was much longer than expected, even for a simple request, and the line didn’t seem to move efficiently. When I finally got to the counter, the explanation felt rushed and I had to repeat information more than once. I also got slightly different answers depending on who I spoke with, which made the process feel confusing and disorganized. Very disrespectful staff , Kensington branch is my home branch from last Five years, I neve has this experience before, rasist people shouldn’t behest desk , before brnch closing manger have full food tray in hand she want fully dinner on job table and they treated customer like “thief”
Probably one of the worst banks, been banking with Scotiabank since I was 14 years old and now they claimed that they need to put hold on my paycheques because it takes time to build a relationship with a bank like how long does it take 20-30 years? (Paycheques from a reputable company that have never bounced)
