Worst ATM'S around...always rejects perfect bills...extremely frustrating 😤
Called my bank to up my limit for a purchase, got on the phone with someone who can hardly speak English. Gave all my account information to be told that my information was wrong and go to the branch. I get to the branch and give them the same information I gave to the person on the phone and the lovely branch lady says yes that all correct. My daughter who's 15 had money stolen from her account and all this bank could do is say come back another day we can't help u.
This bank causes my family so many issues. One gentleman is really amazing, but there's a few others that literally fight us everytime on cashing cheque's for our house renos. Today the girl felt exceptionally rude. Bad customer service and too many not needed questions.
