My daughter who's 15 had money stolen from her account and all this bank could do is say come back another day we can't help u.
This bank causes my family so many issues. One gentleman is really amazing, but there's a few others that literally fight us everytime on cashing cheque's for our house renos. Today the girl felt exceptionally rude. Bad customer service and too many not needed questions.
ATM cash deposit doesn't work anymore. Tried three different times recently and it doesn't accept any bills.
