I had account with this branch. They closed my account without me knowing. No email, no letter. Went n talked to manager, very rude n disrespectful, towards me.and very loud for everyone in branch to hear. Little did he know my mouth was Louder... Wouldn't explain nothing to my on Y. I now closed my scotiabank at 22nd Ave St West? As when I received email started getting 5 email a day and useless. The bank could not get my Name right, Bank tellers are daft and rude towards me and customers. Ì am partly blind and would not bother to help me and to find out aĺ the problems they have time to close. When I was way over town decided to close it at the kensington location. The staff at that location very nice.. That's all I have to say.
very bad experience with the account open. The agent issues credit cards without asking us.
