Well I don't know lady they've degraded a lot I mean they used to have really good service and now they can't even stop a check that somebody deposits and they seem to be able to take it out before they know what's going on really weird I'm not saying this bank wherever it was supposed to be in somebody that recovered some of my crypto funds but
I had an absolutely ridiculous and frustrating experience with Scotiabank, and honestly, I regret choosing this bank at all. I applied for a credit card through their official call center, got confirmation, and then received an email saying my card was ready for pickup. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. When I went to the branch to collect my card, the manager and a customer service representative refused to give it to me because they “could not identify” me — even though I had my valid driver’s license with me.
