I had a very disappointing experience at Scotiabank. From the start, the service felt dismissive and unprofessional. I couldn’t help but feel like I was being treated differently based on the amount of money in my account, which is completely unacceptable. The staff member assisting me her name was something like Antoine/Antoinne was openly rude. Don't Go to Scotiabank if you're not a millionaire, or owns hundreds of thousands. I banked with them for 3 years and never helped me to achieve anything. Today one of agents from the bank said Im a "C" grade customer. My credit score is over 710 and have a healthy banking history.. don't know what they are expecting. I went to CIBC right away and transferred all my banking to them.
Branch is closed on Saturday and Sunday, though it shows open in website
Worker and manager are wasting time doesn’t care about customers take lunch break most of them same time
In today’s digital world, it is unreasonable to ask customers to come to the branch for something that should be handled efficiently online or over the phone—especially when the visit results in no solution. Very bad experience
