Very slow people
Zero professionalism at this branch. The branch manager is too lax and their employees will not make it to appointments that they confirmed with you. They will disappear without notice and then apologise later and keep rescheduling for several weeks to waste your time. They claim to be "busy" but actually they are simply lazy and unable to do their jobs.
