ATM machines never work. Absolute garbage. Can’t even deposit $600 in 20’s. Honestly makes me want to change my bank. So infuriating. Just tryna pay my insurance and your machine won’t take my money. Garbage
Today I visited this branch of Scotiabank to obtain my account profile for visa purposes. To my surprise, a gentleman refused to provide it, citing security reasons. This was confusing and frustrating because I’ve obtained the same document from other Scotiabank branches without any issues. The inconsistency in service and lack of support was highly disappointing. I expected better from a reputed bank like Scotiabank.
