Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service I had a disappointing experience at this branch while trying to fix an issue with my account. The staff gave me misleading information, telling me the problem could only be resolved by calling customer service. Friday, July 25th 1:45 pm. I was the only one in line and stood there for about 3-4 minutes without being greeted or said hello to. No tellers were busy or working with a customer. All sitting and chatting/on the computer. I was able to figure out what I needed on the app and left without anyone having said a word to me. Too bad.
I’ve been to this branch multiple times, and attention has been always great. This time I went to do a cash deposit of a lot of coins (almost 2k) that had to be counted manually and the attention of Mehak was great, she was very patient and supportive. I would only recommend to buy a coin sorter to make the process quicker. Other than that attention was great.

I’ve lived in Canada for half of my life, and this is the first time I’ve been asked to provide my driver’s license, phone number, and mother’s maiden name along with an additional inquiry to a colleague and an authorization from a branch senior for something as simple as a cash deposit to my credit card account. I know big banks suck, but this branch is so awful it makes others feel like luxury service. I always give them a chance when I'm at Yorkdale, and I always regret it. Painfully slow and uninformed about their own system and products.
