I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Scotia Bank branch. Since moving my account here from the Yonge St branch, I’ve had nothing but regret. The Yonge St team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The difference is night and day. At this branch, I’ve experienced multiple instances of poor customer service and what can only be described as pathetic management.
