Arafat is the greatest advisor at Scotia Bank who helped me a lot through my mortgage and property tax also to get the better rat for both mortgage and line of credit. Thank you so much for your prompt response all the time.
This is the only Scotiabank location I’ve been to where I get bad service each time I go. On two separate occasions I’ve asked to buy currency and each time has been difficult and I’ve been treated poorly. I will avoid moving forward.
I have had my worst ever experience with the financial adviser there - Arafat Abdullah - there! i have just aske a simple task to transfer my RRSP from my TD account to My Scotia account about 3 months ago and still it has not done, i have send him 3 emails to follow up, Worse adviser ever; he does not care at all about what i asked i will go to another branch or open a new account in another bank
