I read the reviews on this branch and I was hoping they were wrong but no they are very accurate. Avoid this branch at all costs. Completely incompetent staff and managers who make up their own rules. I went there to upload an ID to open a product at a different Scotiabank branch since it’s closer to my home and they said because I’m not opening the account with them they can’t help me.
