I had a very disappointing experience at the bank. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mrs. Maryam Khorsavi was extremely unpleasant. I found her to be rude and disrespectful in the way she communicated with me, and the interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. I also sent an email regarding my concerns, but I did not receive any response or follow-up. I have had such pleasant experiences at this branch with the tellers. I also get great advice from Amanda. She listens and try to make suggestions, while assisting in any capacity she can.
Swung by during my break and the process was simple. Decent choice.
