They have charged me for two months of fees for the account I never used and I had it for 1 month and 5 days yet they charged full 2 months and charged me closing fees. Even when I told them it’s not a full month and you charging me for a couple of days they still charged me. Usually, other banks would waive the charges in these situations but they didn’t. I didn’t like their attitude and I won’t do business with them again.
I can't believe it, I went to this branch today and the bank assistant tells me that I know this is a problem with the bank and you are right but there is nothing I can do!! Customer service in Canada is on the verge of extinction!! There is a problem with my account and the bank knows it has a problem but says they don't know what to do!! I still can't believe it. I feel sorry for myself that I have an account with this bank. I'm writing a comment here and I know it won't have any effect!!
