I had a very disappointing experience at this Scotia Bank branch. I forgot my debit card but had my Scotia Bank credit card and ID with me. Despite this, they refused to help me and told me to go to my home branch. It was frustrating to see such a lack of flexibility and customer service, especially when I provided valid identification. I expected better from a major bank like Scotia. This experience was highly inconvenient, and I left feeling disappointed.
Went this morning, finally resolved the issue i was having since past 2 years, new staff is amazing, especially Bansari was very kind and supportive. Thanks for the great support helping me resolve my issues.
