Wish I could give 0. This was my home branch, which I had to change to a different location to get the service I needed. Without going into detail, the financial advisors at this branch only truly care about selling you products and increasing your line of credit to meet their own quotas. When it comes to caring about their customers, they are lazy, or clueless. The manager is of no help either.

They said they appreciated your deep knowledge, you patience, and your kindness as you explained everything to them- they were very anxious about their problems and had a lot of difficulty with trying to do what they wanted with the app, so they were relieved to find someone so knowledgeable and helpful like you!
Ms. Amanda Cho provided excellent service when helping me and my spouse set up our joint Scotiabank account. She was very quick and direct to the point, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. She was also very warm and welcoming, and even offered us a private office room for our comfort and privacy. In my opinion, she is very intelligent and extremely easy to transact with. We truly appreciated her help and are hoping to see her again for our future banking needs.
I strongly advise caution with FDR Collection Agency. They claim to collect debts for Scotia Bank, but their practices are harassing and unethical. They contact not only the debtor but also relatives, causing unnecessary stress. There are multiple complaints filed against them with the Ontario Consumer Protection authorities, yet Scotia Bank continues
