Hello i book my appointment April 18 at 3:15 pm. At 9:30 i have a miss call from Scotia Bank. I went to the bank at 3:15 and one personel tell that my sppoinment is cancel. But one of the teller said she gonna help me to open an account. The teller name Rita Di Pede.I can tell that she is very nice kind easy to talk with. This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a Scotiabank branch. I came in with a time-sensitive TD Bank draft that needed to be deposited in order to issue another draft for a lawyer’s trust account. I was told the only way it could be verified was via fax—but only after the branch had no line. Despite already waiting in line, the teller refused to assist me until the branch was completely empty.
