Unhelpful Experience with Client Experience Center – Everyday Banking Inquiry (2025-07-18). A few months ago, I spoke with a woman at the Client Experience Center who was very helpful in answering my questions. The call went smoothly, and she advised me to call back around July to check if we are eligible for the $350 sign-up bonus. So, I called today to follow up.
