ABM machines are not available 24/7—they only operate on a set schedule (e.g., 9 a.m. to closing). But ABMs are meant to be accessible at all times, especially in case of emergencies, so limiting their hours defeats their purpose.
Gaurav has given the WORST service ever. Why Scotiabank, a big bank does not care about customer service. He was a bad bad person. First and last time using this branch.
