Totally waste of my one hour, nobody guide me properly including manager . They charge 15$ for only balance certificate. Other branch and bank waive of charge why not that branch. Totally frustrated.
Went in to get put on my mother’s account. The teller was nice enough, so she called another employee to help explain. This staff member within three seconds of coming over, not asking me a question, rudely told me I had to accept their procedure without the courtesy of an explanation. I raised my hand and politely said I didn’t not want that solution. She immediately raised her voice and told me not to raise my hand and began yelling at me telling me I couldn’t speak to her that way. I was completely shocked and humiliated.... read more
