Absolute worst customer service of any bank in GTA Dealing with Shivani who was in a foul mood and seemed irritated by my issues and did her best to antagonize me by speaking over me not answering questions and dismissing my concerns and after speaking on phone for 20 minutes decided to ‘authenticate’ me like who do you think you were speaking to all day? Close accounts if you have any at this branch

I went to the bank today for a transcation and paperwork request. A complication arose but Miss Lisa , a teller did an outstanding job in helping me in many ways, trying to sort out the issue herself, providing additional supporting documents. I have a speech impediment and i was nervous, which made communication a bit messy, so i can say with confidence, She was very polite and patient as well, and the whole thing took a while,
