if you want your banker to intimidate you for him being wrong and have him call you a tough guy while completly ignoring what you say, this is the bank for you. absolutley abysmal service from the short haired, short tempered man which i believe goes by the name Mohammad Mehdi Hedayat from the investments department. Awful experience The security guard there insulted me as she thought I was leaving, but I was only going to get something in my car. The audacity was astounding. I will never return and I plan on closing my bank account. Pathetic

Walked in to open an account asked if could open one he goes “lemme check if someone could help you” literally a second later he goes sorry no one to help you” this is all super laziness didn’t even want to help 🤦♂️
