This location has the worst financial advisors and paper pushers I've ever encountered in Ontario. I worked with 2 such individuals in that branch so far and nothing but lies to their benefits.
I need to cancel my credit card. I called the credit card customer service this morning. The customer service told me that I must go to the branch to cancel it. The customer service left a message to the branch closest to my home(this branch) and described my case. As a result, when I arrived at the branch in the afternoon, the teller superviser asked me to go to my "home branch" to solve it. I've had the greatest experience at the counter, the teller was pleasant to deal with as well as extremely professional 🤝
This branch is known to close early just because they are so. Good luck in rushing to catch it then all of a sudden they close early. Also they NEVER answer the phone.
Went to the branch to cash in a cheque from CAA (settlement cheque for my car written off), before I deposited the cheque I asked the Chinese Teller if there will be a hold, she said there will be a 5 business day hold. I told her I need it verified with RBC and available for mention two days. She said she will tell her supervisor(assistant manager) to call me yesterday but now it’s almost two days passed and I haven’t received a call.
