Terrible management,poor service not helpful in anyway..I've had many bad experiences at this branch and would not recommend..

Visited the branch today and the reception lady has been so help to resolve my issue.
Branch was 5 mins late opening today. 3 people waiting. Manager opens the door and sarcastically says “sorry about the 3 minute wait”.
