We came into the bank in March 2026 to renew our mortgage. A month or so later the agent Shama Chowdhry called us to say they had the wrong address for our house. That didn’t make no sense since we gave them our ID’s when we renewed. I also told her on the phone all my addresses in the app were correct. Just last month she’s called and was rude to my wife again saying we needed to updated our address.
