Went to this branch this past Monday morning to order pesos for our Mexico trip which was on the following Friday. The teller who served me was not helpful at all. Just said that I would not be able to get my peso order in time for my trip. Had no empathy, did not want to inquire with a manager even though i requested it, or make a phone call to confirm arrival, and made 0 effort. Went to hwy 7 and Valleymede location right after. Poor management with disrespectful employees.
ATM ate my money.... now I have to sit on a call to resolve
Worst experience ever when opening a bank account here. I opened a bank account at this branch and received a transaction from my family with all the necessary evidence. The bank held my account for a week, and every employee gave me different answers. Even the call center told me to provide proof of address to lift the hold. So, I went to the same shitty branch, and without any valid reason, they told me to get a my money through bank draft, close my Scotia account, and go to any other bank.
