I had a banking problem that I was not able to find a solution for. Ruchika Malhotra was very knowledgeable and prosicient. She did not make me feel that I should have been able to solve the problem on my own. I left the bank feeling satisfied that my problem was solved. Thank you Ruchika
Open hours are all wrong. I keep coming by during open hours and the doors are locked closed.

Unprofessional staff. They charged me 5 dollar for statements per month. I went there to get bank statements and balance certificate, guy in teller don’t know anything. He asked every step to another staff. He took 25 min to print 3 month statement and gave me without stamps on last month statement. I asked for it. Then , I asked for envelope, they said they don’t have a big one. They were showing attitude for no reason. Even though he is in intern, he didn’t read anything in his college life.
