Unfortunately, this is my home branch, but after today, I’m rethinking that. I booked an appointment for 5 PM to open a corporation account, received a confirmation, and arrived on time—only to find out they close at 5 PM! Seriously? They don’t value your time at all. This kind of mismanagement is exactly why small businesses suffer. I’ll be taking my business to a bank that actually values its customers. Ridiculous.
