Thank god, the ladies at this bank helped us a lot! Here is what happened. We started to be a vendor in various markets last October. Most of the information was found from Facebook groups. Today we saw a message in the name of LaSalle Strawberry Festival recruiting vendors. It looked no different than usual. The webpage provided was very professional and informative. Worst customer service and even the manager at this place don't know anything about how things work.
No cash in all three atms. Banks are here to dispense cash, do what you are here for, do your job!
Multiple times/days in a row I've tried to use the specifically labeled ATM to pull US funds. EVERY TIME it has NO withdrawals allowed, deposits only.
Very rude manager, toxic and racism environment. I am so disappointed with Scotiabank!
