Instead, a female advisor (not at the front counter, seated at a desk and appearing to supervise/approve transactions) handled the situation in a way that I experienced as dismissive and unhelpful. My main branch. Pretty good all around. Small thing I hope gets fixed is this handicap button. But this is by far my most preferable bank.
The bank itself is wonderful. The banks here in Kingston are horrible. There is only one bank open on the weekend and it closes early and the wait times in line are insane. 25 minutes in line on a Saturday with only 2 tellers.
My issue is not with the bank, but with their customer service agents.. I had an issue with my debit card. I called. They left me on hold for close to two hours.. when finally an agent Took the call I found him not to be useful.. I gave him a bad review. I deal with autism I was feeling overwhelmed came home was trying to relax. Then that agent, I gave him bad review to called me at 5 o’clock wanting to know why I gave him a bad review.
