This bank absolutely sucks. They are not helpful and never do anything you ask them to do. So embarrassing. Definitely getting rid of this bank and going somewhere else.
Husband made an appointment to discuss mortgage options this Saturday. Appointment was cancelled with no reason why or option to reschedule. Will be taking my business somewhere else. That is terrible customer service!
