This branch is unbelievably slow. The lineups are always painfully long, and it doesn’t matter what day or time you go — it’s the same story every single time. The employees constantly make excuses about being “short-staffed,” but if it’s like this every day, that’s not an excuse anymore, it’s just poor management. It feels like nobody is in a hurry to actually help customers, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable for a major bank. Customers shouldn’t have to waste half their day just to get the simplest banking done.
Just opened a account ,was a pleasure and pleasant experience
Today I went to the bank to get an account balance certificate. And they demanded 15 dollars from me, although I went with my friend two or three days ago and I got my balance certificate, they didn't take any money from me, so today they charged me a lot of money, even if it's not 15 dollars. I didn't understand what they were talking about, nor did they explain it to me well, even though they started arguing with me. Teller service 5 star, however not able to access ATM after business hours because the vestibule is locked due to vagrants! Open it up during the day or monitor with your cameras and send security.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Scotiabank today. I went in at 4:45 PM to request a bank certificate for my visa application, and instead, the person at the counter named Khalid handed me a random piece of paper with personal account information—open date, balance, SIN, etc.—none of which resembles an official bank certificate.
