Over the years, I have used the Gardiner bank, and all the staff have always been pleasant, professional and meticulous. A great team of experts handling my banking requirements. This branch is unbelievably slow. The lineups are always painfully long, and it doesn’t matter what day or time you go — it’s the same story every single time. The employees constantly make excuses about being “short-staffed,” but if it’s like this every day, that’s not an excuse anymore, it’s just poor management. It feels like nobody is in a hurry to actually help customers, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable for a major bank. Customers shouldn’t have to waste half their day just to get the simplest banking done.
Just opened a account ,was a pleasure and pleasant experience
Today I went to the bank to get an account balance certificate. And they demanded 15 dollars from me, although I went with my friend two or three days ago and I got my balance certificate, they didn't take any money from me, so today they charged me a lot of money, even if it's not 15 dollars. I didn't understand what they were talking about, nor did they explain it to me well, even though they started arguing with me.
