Booked an appointment with one of their advisors- Fenil Shah. Reached 5 minutes before the scheduled time and he didn’t even showed up. I waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Front desk helped close to nothing;They don’t value the time of their customers.
ATM is closed and door is locked when bank close. What’s the point of having ABM? 🤦🏻♂️
There was a homeless man at the ATM doing things I can’t add in the review. Wasn’t ideal. Location is across the street from a safe injection site be warier at night.
Very bad experience i just had my card delivered here and i went for pick staff is very rude and didn’t accept driving licence as proof
