Applied for a line of credit, had to repeatedly email Fenil (the banker) multiple times for a response, barely ever got a response. I got rejected for it and emailed him asking for the status 4 days straight until I called him. He replied after two rings and said “yeah it got rejected, can I help u with anything else”. Like are u serious? You can’t even have the decency to tell me it got rejected you ignored me until I called u? Terrible service
Your disabled customers should not have to lose their place in line and go across what is legally considered a HIGHWAY to relieve themselves while standing in line. There are now two more people ahead of me that I must stand to wait for that were not here before I left to use the washroom across the street in Harvey's. Why should ANOTHER business have to take care of YOUR customers? Unbelievable.
