5 stars for amazing service from Priya B. Had to come in today because there has been issues with having all my banking in one account. I’ve gone to other Scotiabank branches and none of them knew how to assist. In my experience with other branch associates, they would find my issue complex and would just refer me to calling a number who would then suggest I go to a branch. Scotiabank at 863 Princess Street Kingston seems to have let go all the long term employees that we have come to know and replaced them with all new staff. I think we will be leaving Scotiabank at this point. We've been there since 1997. I really don't appreciate employees being treated that way.
