no wonder this branch has such low ratings, they don't want your business, you are bothering them by being here, not even trying to provide any information on mortgage, clearly trying to do as minimum job as they can. do not come here if you want anything done
Deplorable customer service
I felt that the person at the front desk was snide and I also felt it was racial. They helped me in the end but I didn’t get a good feeling. I changed banks to be with Scotia from my prior bank and this location for sure makes me want to do a switch back. Which is unfortunate because I do like to believe this bank is better than most.
