My account was blocked and i went to see what was wrong, and the lady there helped me and solved my issue within few minutes and gave me a new card. Amazing customer service, i have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in any branches as i felt here. She also told me to come back anytime if i have any issues, which u hardly hear. I wish i had asked her name, but i forgot, she was a Filipino lady. So if you see this, thank you so much, i really appreciated your service.

I had to do an international wire transfer today. I went in last week to ask about what I would need. On that visit Kanwal Kaur answered my questions and gave me some suggestions. She was very friendly, professional, pleasant and willing to help. Today Jason helped me do the wire transfer. He too was very friendly, helpful, professional and pleasant. Opened bank account at this branch 9 months ago, never received my cash offer back, and it charged me monthly fee while I am still having one year bank account fee waived offer. I called the telephone banking as well, the agent who named Brenda Paula told me that she would give me a call within one week, but never received the phone call from her, what the hell is Scotiabank doing?
