I have been to several banks but each time i visit this branch, the tellers are always very helpful and are willing to go extra mile to ensure my issues are resolved. The Manager, Diana is also eager to step in to assist always. She is clearly one of the few ones who are truly on top of their games!!! Please Keep up the good work!
I lost my debit, online chat said I could get a temporary one if I went in to the bank. Jamieson, refused to give me a temporary bank card. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my new card in the mail. I also called the help line which also informed me that I should have received a temporary bank card. Clearly, jamieson needs more training.
Whenever I go there, they are super helpful, especially Diana the supervisor. She is on top of everything and gets things done. Thank you
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. But I can't, so I give it one. As in all other reviews,uncomfortable experience totally
Went here to get loonies. As it's a bank. And they are a cashless branch ?
