This branch has the best customer service hands down! The branch manager took extra time to resolve a very complicated situation that unfortunately happened to me. Although he just finished meeting with someone else in his office, he took me right to his office and offered help and guidance and made some calls to ease the stress. I now have a faith that my situation will be resolved soon 🤞 Thank you Scotiabank and thank you branch manager.
Worst manager ever, they want to relax whole day and get paid, running from doing little work. I told her to male my account as there home branch but she refused, after reading other comments it’s better for me i guess
The communication can be improved on. Bank did not resolve my issue and there was no follow up. I gave up after following up a few times
Absolutely terrible location. Every time I’ve gone in both management and staff have been unsympathetic and rude. Nothing but issues with Scotia since I became a customer with them. Will be switching banks. Do NOT go to this location in particular.
I have been to several banks but each time i visit this branch, the tellers are always very helpful and are willing to go extra mile to ensure my issues are resolved. The Manager, Diana is also eager to step in to assist always. She is clearly one of the few ones who are truly on top of their games!!! Please Keep up the good work!
