I drove 8 km to this bank to find out they have no exterior ATMs. Do not drive to this Branch if you need to use an ATM on weekends.
Way too hard to apply online or to find a phone number to talk with someone...moving on.
I stayed on line about 45mins to wait customer services to answer why online banking could not open. Finally one guy picked up phone and he did not answer my question and silent then say bye to me .very bad experiences .
I wanted to open a youth checking account for myself, after this I really regretted going there. So, I followed usual requirements listed on their website, on how to open youth checking account, my requirements where to, bring 2 documents proving my ID(passport and id card) and Visitor record. They couldn’t open my bank account now because I had Visitor record, by the way is an official Canadian document.
