Justyna was very rude. I had to tell her to not speak to me in the manner she was, Karen (the manager) brushed off my concerns. Justyna was rude, aggressive, and acted as if though she was inconvenienced.
RACISTS. DON'T GO IF YOU ARE BROWN OR BLACK. PINA, an old lady is very rude and made me wait 45 mins just to give me a draft. They make you wait on purpose.
The staff are incompetent and lack training. The manager is not helpful. They couldn’t figure out the issue and they advise me to go to main branch in Toronto to get help with an issue with the bank process!! I would avoid this branch in future!
Timings are till 5 and this gets closed an hour early
