opened an account with this bank over a year ago based on a advertised welcome bonus. Today I visited the branch in person and was not given any bonus, nor received a clear explanation. The experience has been disappointing, especially since I opened the account relying on this offer. I hope the bank management will clarify the matter and review it seriously.
not a good service. whoever that lady was at front desk she didn’t accept my healthcard as id card and now i will have to go again to get my credit card. even if i went with my debit card and i proceed to put my card in with my password. even if it was joint account and my husband was there but she still denied to take his id card and asked me to come again to get my card with my another id. i don’t know why she wasted our time just made us stand and checking in her computer system and then denied to accept my id card. worst... read more
I don't think I've ever had a positive experience at this location. I'm not sure it's the fact that when I go in to deposit checks, I'm dressed in contractor clothing and they think that's sketchy, I have no idea. But I tried to simply certify checks at this location and twice now, I haven't been able to certify it and the only reason I'm given is that the reason is private. It just reminds me being in high school and having to sit around and wait for the cool kids to do their thing before the class is ready to proceed. But ... read more
I went to this branch to deposit a cheque, even after my lawyer warned me about previous reports of abusive behavior from staff. Unfortunately, that warning proved accurate. The customer experience lead, Karen, was rude and dismissive, and her conduct felt inappropriate and biased. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it left a very poor impression of this branch.
