*Zero stars. The absolute worst banking experience I've had in 50 years. No one would return phone calls. I made a formal complain to scotia bank and still got no follow up. This branch has consistently underperformed. We took our mortgage to TD. Good riddance.
What kind of bank opens at 9:30 on a tuesday. Absolute joke
Most useless bank in Guelph. If you work during the day, you cannot use this bank or it's ATM. No evening or weekend service. What bank doesn't allow its customers to use the ATMs after hrs or on weekends?
Justyna was very rude. I had to tell her to not speak to me in the manner she was, Karen (the manager) brushed off my concerns. Justyna was rude, aggressive, and acted as if though she was inconvenienced.
