So many awful experiences with bank staff that are unknowledgeable, unwilling to help and blatantly rude. In the process of switching banks now. Do not do your banking at this branch.
Underwhelming performance when ordering a credit card. The card has been mailed to an outdated address several times. Requesting update of an address and re-mailing the card led to no results. No follow-up from the bank either. The customer support did not manage to identify the issue the first, or the second time.
If you want a customer service rep who will illegally change the name on a bank account without your approval, then this is the bank for you.
What's the point of banking with Scotia and affiliated if they're inaccessible all the time? They're post ABM hours but the doors to them are all locked even within those hours
