Had an issue depositing cash into the ABM. This happened after hours so I called the toll free number, agent was helpful and sent an email to the branch, stating it would take 24-48hrs to rectify. The branch never got back to me and I had to go in to talk with the tellers. Took over an hour to resolve at the branch, terrible customer service.
Had an issue with an unknown transaction and was helped by Alisa at Scotiabank. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Really appreciate the way she handled everything—made a stressful situation feel a lot easier. Thank you, Alisa!
So many awful experiences with bank staff that are unknowledgeable, unwilling to help and blatantly rude. In the process of switching banks now. Do not do your banking at this branch.
Underwhelming performance when ordering a credit card. The card has been mailed to an outdated address several times. Requesting update of an address and re-mailing the card led to no results. No follow-up from the bank either. The customer support did not manage to identify the issue the first, or the second time.
