Terrible customer experience. It is now next to impossible to talk with a human being or make an email appointment with one's financial advisor. Their new online system for " communication" is a frustrating labyrinth, which will lead some people like myself to decide to get their money out of Scotiabank just as soon as investments come due. Scotiabank might as well put a sign up saying "Seniors not welcome"!
Banks can't ever get five stars! But people at the front desk are amazing!
Parking is brutal… and paid. gardeners rd branch has free parking at least
Too lazy to fix door. Negative experience to drive 30 minutes and not able to access ATM.
