I visited this branch requesting assistance with an electronic transfer between two Scotia accounts within the same branch. The manager, who had the authority to help expedite the process or at least provide confirmation of the transfer, declined to assist and stated, “It’s not my job.” We were simply asking for proof that the funds had been transferred. In over 20 years of dealing with this branch, I have never experienced such a lack of support from a branch manager. It was disappointing to receive so little assistance.

I went at this barrydowne location and meet shilpa who was very polite,helpful to me.She helped me with my papers exactly how I wanted.she is hard working women.I think employer has to give her pay raise.At the end i was satsified by her service.

I am a client here, do not open anything here. The staff is ridiculously rude and unhelpful, they will falsify paperwork to try to rip you off and lie to you. If you try to call there phone assistance, you get transferred out of the country, then hung up on. All branches are like this. Do not bank here.

Lines always out the door, 2 tellers and and hour later. In the process of switching accounts. Businesss don't have time to waste waiting for service. Bring back the business wicket! No service priority
