Despite the occasional lineup, the customer service desk and managers were extremely helpful with an apparent cyber security issue and give me a lot of confidence in their service and customer service. Thank you!

Had dealt at this branch for a little over 10 years. To be honest, I rarely even needed the actual bank. I pay huge fees but hardly went into the bank. could do all my banking on my smartphone. which I was just fine with. one time even renewed my mortgage on my smartphone. But let me tell you, when you need to talk to someone there, whether it's a loan officer or upper management, your just a number to them. They take forever to get through everyone coming in. Needs to have more tellers if you don't want to wait 40 minutes on a Monday morning like I did.
