The front desk staff is broken
Deposited a death benefit cheque from the government of Canada - the assistant manager said it bounced nearly 3 months later and debited the estate account. A government of Canada cheque bounced!? Without calling the executors, the assistant manager debited the account. Don’t deal with this branch - something very wrong is going on there.
Have never had issues at this location and always had great service.
Most, brutal, bank,... Bank, machines suck so, bad.. This weekend only machine doing withdrawal.. No, sign on it so everyone wasting their time. It's just horrible.. 1 more year and I can't finally switch to a decent bank.
