The business accounts department at Kingsway branch is rude and very unhelpful. After 49 years with Scotia I was shuffled off when I tried to make contact and ask questions regarding my account transactions. I was advised I need to come to the branch and show government ID before she could help me.Very disappointing and finally insulting.

I visited the branch yesterday and was very disappointed with how I was treated by one of the representatives. They were rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I came in expecting respectful and helpful service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.
