The customer service here is nothing short of appalling — cold, dismissive, and often outright rude. Basic questions are met with eye-rolls or condescension, and any attempt to resolve an issue is treated like a personal inconvenience to the staff. The business accounts department at Kingsway branch is rude and very unhelpful. After 49 years with Scotia I was shuffled off when I tried to make contact and ask questions regarding my account transactions. I was advised I need to come to the branch and show government ID before she could help me.Very disappointing and finally insulting.
