Every time I visit this branch I feel great about the service. The employees are very polite and courteous. I have dealt with the manager a few times and she has always been super helpful. Keep up the excellent work.
This is the worst financial institution I have ever been to. I made an international transfer and they claimed that they did not receive any notification and demanded that I speak to the bank that deposited the money, with which I am used to making the same deposit every month to the same account. After complaints that I have made, they identified that their department sent my money to the loan department and now I have to wait days for money that is rightfully mine. Scotiabank was a great host in having 2 Leafs alumni sign autographs during Taste of Kingsway. My family had a great time tasting food, playing games and meeting leafs alumni. Great work Scotiabank!
