Great Staff, very helpful and always top of the things!
The branch manager is absolutely rude, disrespectful and smirked while I was explaining my situation of financial hardship. Scotiabank has by far the worst customer service of the big banks, and this manager made it clear.
By far one of the worst branches I have been to. Especially the teller I had the pleasure working with today 🙄 extremely rude. Looking forward to going back later today to speak to the manager about closing all my accounts

Do not go here for any financial advice or meetings. I set an appointment up online with Justin DaCosta while in person he seemed punctual and respectable. Due to confusion about location we started a bit late, however when I came in there were other people in his office, so clearly not the only one running behind, I was told we have to be short/quick because there’s another meeting after me.
