I stopped by the other day with a quick question and waited my turn while the teller assisted a family in front of me. When it was my turn, there was no one else in line, but the teller seemed more focused on the computer than actually helping me. The branch manager is absolutely rude, disrespectful and smirked while I was explaining my situation of financial hardship. Scotiabank has by far the worst customer service of the big banks, and this manager made it clear.
