Scotiabank is the worst bank you can possibly do business with. SO glad I closed all my personal and business accounts here and moved across the street to TD, where competent people can actually help you.
There must be a reason that nobody is polite to the customers at this Branch. Also, the mistakes they make are quite unbelievable.
I went in last week to open an account. Of the three people behind the counter, not one of them knew how to do that.
The worst service possible from the teller and manager I dealt with. They refuse requests that other branches will do with no issues. They act like they hate you for walking in. It would be funny if it wasn't frustrating. The manager at the TD next door is VERY helpful and happy to take Scotia customers who are sick of being treated poorly.
