I had a very disappointing experience with a ScotiaBank advisor Jadan Nic Thorne. I came in for a simple RRSP withdrawal, which usually takes no more than 10–15 minutes. Yes, I was late, but instead of introducing himself or asking how he could help, the advisor immediately raised his voice and said, “You need to be on time for your appointment, I don’t even know what you are here for.” He didn’t take the time to understand why I was there. Very disappointing experience by counter lady (mid-aged)9th Oct 25, 10:15am. If Person doesn’t have experience, one should be humble to accept and correct. Instead she denied our to provide stamp on document without understanding. She said bank doesn’t keep stamps. Funny. Other branch helped in minute.
