I have been a customer at this branch for 25 years. The current customer service is the worst I've experienced. I left my wallet there by accident, I realized this 4 hours later and went back, when the teller saw me she gave me my wallet and said " I was going to call you but we got busy" you had 4 hours!! I'm sure there was at least 1 person there who could've contacted me in that time, I was so panicked. Branch hours are inconvenient, ATM is locked up at 5pm and not opened on weekends. THE STAFF MEMBER I SPOKE TO TODAY WAS SO IGNORANT IT WAS A MALE AND HE WAS SO RUDE THAT I'M CHANGING TO ANOTHER BRANCH
Worst bank/atm ever. Customer service is simply horrible, homeless people always outside begging for money, location itself also smells bad. They should really remodel the whole place and staff to redeem it because this branch brings the whole scotiabank reputation down.
