Having the ATM close early on weekdays and closed on Sundays is extremely inconvenient.
I have had no problem at 6th and Lakeshore bank I've been dealing with them for years they're friendly, they go above and beyond. yeah its can be a pain that you can't get into use the bank machines but just down the street at 7:11 you can use the Scotiabank there for free, and they're open 24 hours.
I visited this branch a couple of days ago and I met a nice gentleman of the staff. As I remember, his name was Lyon. He was so courteous and respectful and delivered a great customer service unlike the others. These stars are for him.
ATM only opened during banking hours 🙄
If you're open until 5:00, why are your doors locked at 3:13?
