I had a very disappointing experience with a ScotiaBank advisor Jadan Nic Thorne. I came in for a simple RRSP withdrawal, which usually takes no more than 10–15 minutes. Yes, I was late, but instead of introducing himself or asking how he could help, the advisor immediately raised his voice and said, “You need to be on time for your appointment, I don’t even know what you are here for.” He didn’t take the time to understand why I was there.
