I had a very disappointing experience at the Lakeshore branch. Back in June, I updated my address and was told it had been successfully changed, yet months later it was still incorrect on my statements. I had to return today to fix the same issue caused by the bank. The staff member assisting me was rude and unprofessional. While I was taking only a few minutes to find a document she requested, she pressured me to step aside so she could serve another customer. The teller with a curly hair was rude and had a bad body language with attitude to answer just a simple question with politeness. These people if they don’t want to serve the customers with a decency should not be on the customer service job.
Absolute incompetence and idiocy. I was travelling in the U.S and on the phone with a branch associate, trying to help my 70 year mother (who was at the branch, dealing with them in person) to arrange what should have been a standard Canadian account to Canadian account transfer (in CAD) to me.
