I am new to Scotiabank but as soon as I sat down with Kelley Chong I knew that I was in the right place! Kelley was confident & knowledgeable while at the same patient, calm & clearly competent to help me make sound financial choices. I appreciated most her gentle & confident approach & will consider using her wealth management services based on the genuine feeling of trust that Kelley inspired with me. Probably the worst branch I have ever worked with for small business in my entire career. If I could give negative stars I would have. High staff turnover, no business advisor, no capabilities to resolve things remotely (signing documents, providing authorizations), customer service is non-existent - average response time (if you receive one at all) is about 10 days and average time to resolve an issue is minimum one month (with multiple follow ups required) but usually closer to 2 months.
