The most unhelpful customer representatives there ever is at a bank. I had to come back several times because the teller isn’t knowledgeable about what details are required to process wire transfers despite coming to them with a specific ask and requirement. When I complained that the information they shared is inaccurate the teller is very defensive. Highly suggest better training of the customer facing staff.
Horrible service at the front desk!!!! Full on attitude.. denied the request outright. It was just a bank draft
This is a bank for bums. The only good experience in 5 years was closing my account.
Cannot contact the branch by phone, the general operator directed me to three numbers that didn’t pick up
