I came two weeks earlier and booked an appt. They took down my information, gave me a date and a card and I was set. I come back to the branch at the scheduled time and there was no appt set. It seems they're incredibly unorganized and unbothered as the same rep who booked the appt suddenly had no idea that I had done so. I'm now considering swtiching to a new bank entirely. A waste of time and effort from their poor organizational skills.
If one thing kept me from leaving this bank, it’s Said and Ameer’s professionalism and knowledge. I went to 2 other branches and got the worst service before coming here and getting the complete opposite experience.
