One of the worst locations as far as customer service goes. I came in today April 20/2026 asking VERY POLITELY if I can cash a government of Canada cheque without an account which I was told was allowed. The teller i got was pleasant enough but when he asked his co worker, a black lady with really short hair was indirectly talking out loud regarding my situation and why. The service here is unfriendly, and requests are handled very slowly. Even when I leave a voice message with a question, I don’t receive a callback. I will be moving my banking elsewhere.
No one attend the scheduled appoinment
I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Risham Chopra at Scotiabank – Renforth Dr. She was extremely professional, responsive, and handled my credit card application quickly and smoothly.
