I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Risham Chopra at Scotiabank – Renforth Dr. She was extremely professional, responsive, and handled my credit card application quickly and smoothly. She was also very cordial and clearly puts in a lot of effort for her clients. The customer service here is top-notch. Highly recommend working with her, you won’t regret it. I cant even give one star. Risham chopra the lady helped me i will escalate the situation to higher officials for the behaviour and attitude i have to go through yesterday. I have already escalated this issue. This is the 2nd or 3rd review she is getting from the past one month for the same issue.
This bank is garbage dont use them or any of there other banks they hold your hard earned money with no regard for having to feed your children or paying rent to keep a house over your head. The manager also told me he is glad to loose me as a customer showing how little he and his branch care about the customer and there experience
