I have changed this to the home branch, for all of my products at least twice , but they still send me to my old location whenever I need anything . I call Scotia 1800 and they confirm this is my home branch for all my products . They just want to pass the buck . They do not want to help you. DO NOT BANK HERE.
This possibly the worse bank I have ever been to. I would recommend avoid this branch and Scotiabank if you can. The customer service was terrible. Seemed like a came in and interrupted a hang out. No sympathy and no care for me as a customer. Will be taking my banking somewhere else.
Horrible service, between branch and fraud department. They’ve blocked my account while I’m travelling and left me with no access to any of my money. I’m travelling with my wife and children and they told me to go into a branch knowing it’s something that’s not possible, we had to sleep in the lobby last night of a hotel and we have no funds to book a flight back early or to even get food, we used my wife’s card the first few days hoping this would be resolved but now that’s maxed out.
