Horrible service, between branch and fraud department. They’ve blocked my account while I’m travelling and left me with no access to any of my money. I’m travelling with my wife and children and they told me to go into a branch knowing it’s something that’s not possible, we had to sleep in the lobby last night of a hotel and we have no funds to book a flight back early or to even get food, we used my wife’s card the first few days hoping this would be resolved but now that’s maxed out. I tried to open an account but the first thing that lady did was checking the clock, and she say that can't open the account in that branch cause isn't close to my house.
