Jolanda provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this branch as a bank teller. I was already frustrated with the assistant manager, and unfortunately, Jolanda did not make the situation any better. She was unwilling to assist me properly and treated me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I expected much better customer service and would appreciate it if management reviewed this incident.
Worse bank ever. I Recommend you do not go. The staff aren’t usually helpful, they take their time with no regards to anybody else’s time. The MANAGER IS by far the rudest person I have met. *.
My son went in the branch to open an account another staff and the manager was dismissive to him and talking down to a staff of color willing to help and very rude to that staff in front of customers.
