This is the worst Scotiabank branch I’ve ever set foot in. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. The staff is nasty and lazy. There are only ever two tellers at the counter. They have staff walking around that don’t address clients or ask if anyone needs help. If you require a tellers help you will be waiting 45 minutes. 0/10 recommend. If you want to be treated as a valued, loyal client, be able to ask questions without being snapped at and looked at like your stupid.. beware do not come here.
Long wait unprofessional staff don't come here
They don't want to change money if you're not a customer but other banks if they change your money
Never enough staff slow slow the money we pay on fees and interest I’m sure they can hire more staff more then one time Ive walked out and had to return
The clerks are rude, especially the manager.Although when I go there there is always a line outside at the ATM. 2 people are always working. The rest are just loitering, bored, walking around, and wasting people's time. This bank is disgusting.
