I've been a lifelong customer of TD Canada Trust and can't recommend them highly enough. Their exceptional service includes extended hours and strong identity protection. However, in early April, I received a letter from Mastercard stating that I had applied for a Scotiabank Mastercard, which I knew was not true. To resolve this matter, I visited a Scotiabank branch and even showed them my ID from when I was four years old to prove my identity and clarify that I don't bank with them.
