DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Not only has it been under construction, but it's constantly understaffed, leaving you waiting for the longest time for the simpliest things. While the tellers were friendly and accommodating, they were clearly overwhelmed, and the supervisor behind them failed to help them AT ALL!! She was on her phone most of the time and left her desk and didn't come back until after I finally finished with the teller almost an hour later. I have mortgage here. Ppl are not responding and not responsible at all. They made me pay extra 3000 dollars Bc of their not responsible. Please get away from them.
The ATM’s at this branch need to be changed ASAP. Every time I try to deposit cash it spits out the money, regardless of the bill I put in.
Went there for the convenience of the drivethru ….. but the automated system on the drivethru was down…. Then went inside to use the automated machine which is labeled to allow for withdraws and deposits but for whatever reason it didn’t allow for despots …….. maybe fix your automated systems, keep updated with maintenance. That would save your costumers time and energy…. The bank makes enough money to hire repairmen …….
