I've been a lifelong customer of TD Canada Trust and can't recommend them highly enough. Their exceptional service includes extended hours and strong identity protection. However, in early April, I received a letter from Mastercard stating that I had applied for a Scotiabank Mastercard, which I knew was not true. Let’s make the hours very inconvenient for anyone who has a job. Then the days when anyone can come, let’s not hire enough tellers and make people wait 20-30 mins in line. As I’m writing my review. Another teller closes her station, leaving 2 tellers only. Guess another 30 minute wait for me…
They lack customer service ethics. You don’t even need to say a word but your actions, your tone can make people feel looked down upon. If anything in this world, learn to be kind! No need to be snobs!
