Teller Satima is very rude and unhelpful. She gave me documents and forced me to sign without explanation, and urged me to sign so I can't read it. Is that how banks are trapping their clients or it's just her? She needs proper training and education before representing one of the biggest banks like that. Sorry Scotiabank! You lost me as a retail customer as well as a business. I'm out! Oh, I'm moving my mortgage too.
