Tellers were fabulous. Dealing with the management alongside the virtual communication was HORRIBLE. Three days I spent trying to activate a credit card that was flagged for fraud before even activating it - clearly a fault of SCOTIA not me. Called the branch as fraud told me the manager had to approve it’s not fraud, he was zero help, transferred me to fraud without even saying so, was suddenly put on hold. Why so many bad reviews? I had a great experience with the young guy, white and wears glasses. I can't recall what was his name but, I never had a bad experience with him.
Super rude staff . Scotiabank advisor Bimala Tandukar unprofessional Very bad behaviour with customers. Don’t know how to speak in customer service industry.
