ATM machine not accessible after 7 pm?!?! Where are we now? Country side? We are in midtown, near to the newly opened LTR ! What type of management would decide this inconvenient “customer’s “ service decision? ATM should be opened 24/7 !!!!
That is not a direct line to the branch
I had a very disappointing experience at the Scotiabank Laird & Eglinton branch. On my first visit, a staff member provided me with an account balance letter free of charge. When I returned for the same service another day, the branch manager insisted that the exact same letter would cost $15, stating it was bank policy.
