I have been a Scotiabank client for over 13 years and a business owner for over 20+ years, and I have never been treated with such utter lack of respect as I was at this branch. I visited to inquire about a simple money transfer, and instead of receiving service, I was scolded, talked down to, and belittled. The primary issue was a young woman acting as a supervisor behind the tellers on April 9, who seemed more interested in exerting her power than providing service. I had such a great experience with Scotia bank in Leaside Location. Their advisor Tiffany is professional, very experienced with personal banking. The whole branch is friendly. merci beaucoup.
