Went in one day to open account. No one wanted to help. Was a sign to not go with Scotiabank.
Very disrespectful customer service only for this location. Today 3-07-24 at 4 pm, I went to depot less than 2k and the lady literally interrogated me by asking me so many questions even after seeing my DL as ID.Finally she asked me to sign in front of her. I was ashamed to take service from this lady. She is absolutely unprofessional. I have never experienced this kind of behaviour from a tailor last 24 years in Toronto.
