I had such a great experience with Scotia bank in Leaside Location. Their advisor Tiffany is professional, very experienced with personal banking. The whole branch is friendly. merci beaucoup.

Professional and friendly
Very disappointing experience at this Scotiabank branch. I attempted to deposit a certified cheque issued directly by Scotiabank into an account where I have regularly deposited similar amounts. Despite this, I was told I would only have access to $1,000, with no effort made to review my account history or provide a reasonable explanation. I was then given incorrect and contradictory guidance about depositing the cheque at another branch first, which made no sense given that the cheque was already certified by Scotiabank.
