Very rude bank teller today at noon. She was an older lady with dark rimmed glasses who spoke over me multiple times when I tried to speak. You would think someone working in customer service would be more polite. She refused to issue me a new debit card because it wasn’t my home branch. When I called the 1-800 customer service number this morning they said I could go into any branch. This ended up being a rude and pointless errand in my day.
This branch is my favourite in Toronto. Employees are helpful and they are dog friendly.
This location is great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially Sonia is truly amazing. I am a client for many years and Sonia was looking after me hundreds and hundreds of times. Thank you all for a great service and creating warm and welcoming environment.
I have got bad experience with Scotiabank.They didn't refund my account. I got nothing but promise only.
