I went there at 4:55 and my question was only going to take 1 minute. All tellers were leaving the bank. Jackets on and the door was locked. Unacceptable. The bank hours are garbage for people who also work 9 to 5pm.
Terrible customer service They don't help, I had a fraud case where I was the victim and they treated me like a thief, then it was already solved and they decided not to help me give another card, shift
Terrible customer service. I went in with an issue and one customer service reps in particular basically blew me off, was dismissive, and essentially just was trying to get rid of me, and my issue. Very bad experience.
The Staff are amazing- super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Sonia she is amazing!!
