I have been banking at this location for years. While some of the staff has changed, the service remains consistently good. Sonia is exceptional and knows many customers by name. When it comes to personal banking, I won't go anywhere else

Scotiabank should be ashamed that they couldn’t be bothered to clear the sidewalk in front of the branch. I had to pull my husband’s wheelchair backwards, with great difficulty, in order to traverse the sidewalk in front of this Scotiabank. When I complained, the Scotiabank representative said they were waiting for maintenance to arrive. This was not acceptable at 3:45pm and especially when other businesses took the initiative to clear the snow in front of their respective businesses. Shame on you Scotiabank!
Very rude bank teller today at noon. She was an older lady with dark rimmed glasses who spoke over me multiple times when I tried to speak. You would think someone working in customer service would be more polite. She refused to issue me a new debit card because it wasn’t my home branch. When I called the 1-800 customer service number this morning they said I could go into any branch. This ended up being a rude and pointless errand in my day.
This branch is my favourite in Toronto. Employees are helpful and they are dog friendly.
