What a disgusting branch.
I have been banking with Scotiabank for 20 years, but it seems that even 20 years is not enough to prevent recurring mistreatment. Last week, as I was trying to make a small deposit at this branch, the teller asked me to show him my driver license. I was surprised (because I had my debit card with me and I had used my personal code correctly to identify myself), but I obliged without uttering a single word. This location is great. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Sonia is truly amazing. I am a client for many years and Sonia was looking after me hundreds and hundreds of times. Thank you all for a great service and creating warm and welcoming environment.
