This branch is terrible. We had a pre approval for a product and we went in to accept it. The teller was rude. Had no idea how to pull up pre approvals. Not willing to help. Customer service is horrendous. Can't wait to move my products over to a different financial institution

I have been trying to get anyone on the phone from this Branch, My Branch for over a week. Each time saying it will be a up to 45 min wait time. As a Disabled Senior I find this most frustrating. I'm suppose to take a bus all the way there to walk in and find out who I need to make an appointment with. No the online thing won't work for what I need.
