Shantel Smith at Scotiabank provided exceptional service to me and my husband. She was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful for her support. She represents the best of Canada. Highly recommended
This branch has the most unprofessional manager. I am not sure how she attained this position but something is protecting her. Clearly all the negative reviews are proof of this. I have never seen a person able to speak to customers the way she does and still keep her position. We took all our business away from Scotiabank because of her. Shame on Scotiabank for letting her represent them.
This particular branch sure doesn't have good reviews for the "managers" and today I found out why. I went into convert money back to Canadian that I had purchased. The teller had to call head office and find out if they could do that first. I thought.... that's odd- you can sell it to me but can't return it? I waited and waited. Fast forward- I literally stood there for about 30mins while this whole process went on and on. After a bunch of other middle stuff the Assistant Manager got involved.
