At least one of the tellers here is very rude and condescending, I hope they get rid of her before they relocate in the near future.

That young fellow Bekezela is really something! Has helped me out on multiple occasions and is very knowledgeable.
My son has been here for years, every time he asks me to come with him to deposit his pay cheque and I never question it. Simply because he’s 32 years old & each time we attend the bank the Scotia bank employees harass him and give him a hard time as they have all year of 2023 & even through the holidays while they know he works full time, owns a business and is a contractor.
