We had unsatisfactory experience with Supriya Rola at this branch. She tried to sell products to us which we never asked for. She tried to demotivate us on the product which we were at the branch for help. Also, she provided us misinformation on one of the service provided by Scotia Bank.
I’ve been a customer at this branch for 10 years. I’ve dealt with Kieran Escourse on the phone twice now. He provides excellent customer service. Always calls exactly at our appointment time, helps me solve my issue that I’m having and gets me on my way quickly. Thanks Kieran for your kindness and great service.

the clerks have no knowledge and the branch manger doesn’t care about any customers I hope you give your clerks the proper information and education to help customers and not request something that a customer doesn’t want It’s a kind of scary to even trust this bank when clerks do what they want without even asking customers if it’s ok or not what else will they do and not tell us. Now I know why I don’t have a lot of business with them and it’s proves me right Our time is importing too
Worst branch in Canada. Not customer centric at all and been given false commitments multiple times from them in the past by uneducated staff who don't know their own procedures. Company I work for is a major partner of theirs and still get treated like crap at this location. Wonder how on earth they treat non-partners. The year is 2024 people. Decent customer service ain't rocket science.
