Every time I walk in this branch, I’ll get reminded the whole staff is on training, at least they behave like it. Sonia supervisor of the staff expects Cx to know all the answers. It’s frustrating because banking is one of those services where you expect competence every single time or pretend you give a damn

Avoid going to this branch. They charged for a document that I needed. Then my wife went to a different branch and she didn’t have to pay for the same document. No idea how is that possible.
