Ali was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for me. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Had a disappointing experience at this branch. I asked for the name of the teller handling my large cheque deposit for my personal records, but the request was met with unnecessary resistance. The team lead, Sonya Patel, was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Transparency and respect should be basic standards—unfortunately, they were lacking during my visit.
We had unsatisfactory experience with Supriya Rola at this branch. She tried to sell products to us which we never asked for. She tried to demotivate us on the product which we were at the branch for help. Also, she provided us misinformation on one of the service provided by Scotia Bank.
I’ve been a customer at this branch for 10 years. I’ve dealt with Kieran Escourse on the phone twice now. He provides excellent customer service. Always calls exactly at our appointment time, helps me solve my issue that I’m having and gets me on my way quickly. Thanks Kieran for your kindness and great service.
