This bank is trash
Location at walkers line in upper middle in Burlington. I have a mortgage with Scotiabank and I went in just to get some small bills $40 worth of us. I had two twenties and I wanted some fives and ones and they wouldn't do it for me saying they like to keep their own small bills and they won't part with them. Really?
Every time I walk in this branch, I’ll get reminded the whole staff is on training, at least they behave like it. Sonia supervisor of the staff expects Cx to know all the answers. It’s frustrating because banking is one of those services where you expect competence every single time or pretend you give a damn
