Bad service!! I made a wire transfer and after 5 days, the whereabout of funds were not made available by bank. On the top the lead Sonya Patel is highly hostile and aggressive and dismissive to any concern. If I ask a question, bank manager will come telling me that she would not allow her employee to be treated badly. Asking a question is a sign of bad temperament. I wish never to deal with such unprofessional people again.
My debit card got stuck in the ATM at this location, and last time my cash was also stuck. I'm really disappointed with Scotiabank
