Renewing my mortgage was not a problem. When it came to make changes to my line of credit I was virtually ignored by two representatives (Tim and Candice) and the bank manager (Michelle).I was told to drop off documents they required and just shuffled from one rep to another to once the first day be “ghosted” me. Unreliable service
Terrible service. I have been trying to set up online banking for over a month now
Worked with Zagros Khadir on my personal finances and he has set me up for success in the next 5/10 years. Very grateful for the experience and knowledge that was given to me. Cant wait to come back and speak to me in the future
