Renewing my mortgage was not a problem. When it came to make changes to my line of credit I was virtually ignored by two representatives (Tim and Candice) and the bank manager (Michelle).I was told to drop off documents they required and just shuffled from one rep to another to once the first day be “ghosted” me.
